Wooster Community Hospital officially broke ground yesterday on its $34 million dollar expansion project. The project will create a new access point and entranceway for the hospital, along with a new emergency room area that will be twice as large as the hospital’s current ER. Hospital officials say the project is expected to be completed by the end of next year.
