13 year-old girl hit by car near Fairgrounds

Police in Wooster continue to investigate an accident this week near the Wayne County Fairgrounds involving a teenage girl.  13-year old Isabelle Hall was crossing Liberty Street, near Vanover, on Wednesday night when she was struck by a car.  Hall was taken to Wooster Community Hospital, where she was said to be in stable condition.  The driver, identified as 29-year old Jarrett Bright, of Wooster, was not injured.  According to police, Hall was walking outside of the crosswalk at the time she was hit.
