Marty McFly got his start in radio in 1985 and says “one day not long after high school I found myself in a radio station, and I just knew this was it.” Almost 30 years later, and he’s still at it! The four-times nominated “CMA Air Personality of the Year” and three-time “ACM Air Personality of the Year” nominee helped the stations he worked at win a combined twelve CMA/ACM “Station of the Year” awards! He has also been nominated for Billboard Magazine’s “Air Personality of the Year” in 1996, Bobby Poe Magazine’s “Large Market Air Personality of the Year” in 1993, and Country Aircheck Magazine’s Large Market Air Personality of the Year in 2012.

Not only is Lisa Manning a radio dynamo, she’s an energetic P.T.O. mom that manages a showbiz career and a family life at home. The multi-talented Lisa launched her nearly three-decade radio-career in college, after following her father’s footsteps as a radio DJ and her mother’s as an actress. Manning’s on-air personality was shaped by her experience in several markets, including Charlotte, Cleveland, Norfolk, and Washington, D.C.

Born and raised in Chicago, Jason Addams has spent years looking for the elusive “perfect radio moment.” “I know people say radio is different today but that’s not true. People have always wanted the best songs and fun entertainers who talk about what they are interested in. If you can make them laugh, think or feel at the same time, you win.” After 5 years studying radio and television at Southern Illinois University, Jason began his radio trek as a morning DJ, programmer, janitor, van driver, mascot, coffee schlepper and occasional host and joke teller. Jason has 3 daughters and an ex-wife so he knows how to take orders and be wrong. He loves guacamole, writing and has a passion for Crossfit as well as a supporter of adoption services, veteran’s affairs and pet charities.

Darlas Rai is a country girl at heart, born and raised in Oregon. Now she’s a busy mom with two sets of twins and a passion for radio. She decided when she was only 8-years-old that she wanted to play music and talk on the radio, and she’s been living her dream since 1992. After living in Las Vegas for seven years, Darlas is now raising her kids in Nashville, where she moved in June 2006. Her passion for country music and people are obvious, she LOVES what she does and it shows through her broadcasts.

Hey there! I’m Katie Neal and for as long as I can remember everyone has said my name as if it were one word, katieneal. Raised in the heart of the Midwest, I moved from the booming metropolis of Bartonville, Illinois in 2012 and then chased my dreams to New York City. So cliché, I know. I’ve been known to be a teeny tiny bit dramatic. I’ll eat practically anything with Sriracha on it. I love any excuse to get dressed up or wear a big hat. Most days I’m sure I’ll die of a broken heart if I don’t get a puppy. And while I didn’t get into Hogwarts, I did study abroad in England. So I like to think I’m a wizard, but really, I’m just your poster child millennial. I got my start in radio in Normal, Illinois, when I wandered into 103.3 WZND in college. From there I went to Cumulus Bloomington’s 101.5 WBNQ and now love being part of NASH ICON team!
