The 13 year-old boy who was found delinquent in the beatings of two homeless men over the summer will spend time at a community correctional facility. The boy will spend an unspecified amount of time at the facility in Marion completing a program at the facility. He was also placed on indefinite probation once he completes the program, which could last until he turns 21. The sentence was handed down at his disposition hearing Friday in Wayne County Juvenile court. The 16 year-old and 18 year-old Richard Luper are set to be sentenced in February for their roles in the assault.
