18-year old gets 90 days in jail for beating homeless men

An 18-year old from Wooster will spend three months in jail for his role last summer in the beating of two homeless men.  Richard Luper was sentenced yesterday in Wayne County Common Pleas Court.  In addition to his time behind bars, Luper’s sentence includes three years’ probation, substance abuse treatment and 80 hours of community service.
