The Ashland man who was involved in the fatal shooting at an Ashland Apartment earlier this summer has pleaded guilty to two felony counts in the case. 19 year-old Gregg Kuzawa pleaded guilty this week to two first degree felonies, conspiracy to commit aggravated murder in the shooting death of Timothy Maust and conspiracy to attempt to commit murder in the shooting of Elizabeth Bunnel. The shooting took place at the Almond Tree Inn in June after a dispute over drugs. As part of a plea deal with prosecutors, Kuzawa is helping prosecutors against the three teens involved in the case, two of which are being tried as adults.
