Disc golf course could be coming to Deer Run Park

Council members in Millersburg have approved a motion that clears the way for a local group to explore the possibility of putting in a disc golf course at the village’s Deer Run Park.  The group, which says the park has the perfect terrain and amenities for a disc golf course, will look into what it would take to develop a nine-hole course in the park’s wooded valley section.  The cost of setting up the course would reportedly be in the neighborhood of $5,000.
