The Southeast Local School District held a groundbreaking ceremony on Monday night for its K-12 building project.  Construction work on the 170,000 square-foot building will not begin until late fall, at the very earliest, but foundation work, such as ground leveling, is getting underway this week.  The new school, which is scheduled to be completed during the summer of 2024, will reportedly cost around $50 million to build, with the district covering less than a third of that, thanks to grants and pipeline money.
