Return Polymers, an Ashland County company that collects, cleans and processes PVC waste materials, recently completed a multimillion dollar expansion project that has tripled the capacity of its production facility. According to a spokesperson for the company, construction of the new facility took three years to complete. The expansion will help Return Polymers and it parent company reach its goal of recycling one billion pounds of PVC waste by the end of 2026.
