The Ashland Balloonfest 29 ½ Fly-Over is being held this weekend out in Ashland. Seventeen pilots are taking part in random balloon launches across the city over a 3-day period. This year was supposed to be a large 30th anniversary celebration for the public to enjoy, but of course the festival was cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
