The Ashland man involved in the hit and skip accident that claimed the life of a Nova woman is officially facing 8 charges. 27-year-old Christopher McAndrew was indicted by a grand jury last week on eight charges, 2 counts of vehicular homicide, one of vehicular assault, two for failing to stop after an accident among others. McAndrew hit and killed 40-year-old Jennifer Boreman of Nova on July 20th as she walked down the road with two children and a dog. McAndrew is set to make his next court appearance on Monday.
