School board members with the Ashland-West Homes Career Centers received some positive news for the school at their latest meeting. Superintendent Rod Cheyney told the board last Thursday that the school could see their highest enrollment in more than two decades this year. Cheyney said the school could see 415- 430 students this school year, which he believes is the highest enrollment since the 1990’s. Cheyney credited the staff for their tireless recruitment effort for the high enrollment numbers.
