The Wayne County Board of Elections will be holding a public certification this week for the upcoming March 17th primary. Friday morning’s certification will begin at ten o’clock at the board of election’s Wooster offices on Vanover Street. The certification procedure is essentially done to test out the equipment that will be used to tabulate next month’s election results.
