Elderly woman dies in one-vehicle crash in Holmes County

A Millersburg woman was killed in a one vehicle crash in Holmes County Monday morning. According to authorities, 86-year-old Marie Garber was killed when she lost control of her vehicle on County Road 292 and went off the road and strike an embankment. Garber was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle. Garber was taken to Pomerene Hospital where she was pronounced dead. The crash remains under investigation.
