Deshaun Watson‘s hearing before the NFL and NFL Players Association’s jointly appointed disciplinary officer resumes today. The two sides met for the first time Tuesday. Watson has been accused by 25 women of actions ranging from sexual assault to inappropriate behavior during massage sessions. The NFL, expected to push for a suspension of at least a year, insisted yesterday that it wanted an indefinite suspension. There is no set timeline for the judge’s decision once the hearing ends. Once she does rule, Watson will have the option to appeal.  NFL commissioner Roger Goodell could either rule on that appeal or call on an independent ruler.
