The Holmes County Commissioners approved a bid for road striping while also receiving bids for a bridge project during their Monday meeting. Holmes County Engineer recommended that Aero-Mark of Streetsboro be approved to stripe just over 23 miles of roads in the county, which will be along County Roads 77, 58,68, 70, and 120. The commissioners also received six bids for a bridge project on Township Road 332, with Engineer Young taking the bids for review before giving approval to one bid. Commissioners also approved the Airport Improvement Project grant application that would go towards reconstructing taxi lanes A and B at the Holmes County Airport.
