During a meeting with county commissioners on Wednesday, architects and representatives from the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office unveiled their plans for a $24 million renovation project at the Wayne County Justice Center.  In addition to renovating the entire four-story jail, the plans also call for a brand new facility to be built, which would be connected to the jail.  Commissioners say they’ll need to look at all of their financial options before making a decision on whether or not to actually move forward with the project.
