Jon Parrish Peede has been named as the next president of Ashland University. The 55-year-old Peede will take over for former president Carlos Campo, who is retiring to become the CEO of the Museum of the Bible. Campo had spent the past nine years leading Ashland University. According to AU’s Board of Trustees, Jon Parrish Peede stood out because of his leadership qualities and his ability to navigate the changes in higher education. Peede will begin his term on June 1st.
