A teenager charged in the beating of two homeless men as the slept on the steps of a church this summer has changed his plea in court. The 13-year old admitted to the charges against him today in Wayne County Common Pleas court. The charges were felonious assault and assault. The next step is a psychological evaluation hearing has been ordered for the teen. The cases of two other teens also accused of beating the two homeless men are still pending.
