A Millersburg woman has struck it rich, winning $5 million from the Ohio Lottery.  Brenda Simpson found out last week that a $20 scratch-off she bought back in 2016 had been pulled as the winning ticket in a second chance grand prize drawing.  Simpson, who can either take a lump sum payment of $2.5 million before taxes or receive $250,000 a year for the next twenty years, was presented with an oversized check yesterday from the Ohio Lottery.  The head start teacher says despite the big payout she’ll continue working, but she’s told her husband that he can now retire.
