The Millersburg man accused of sexually abusing boys in Holmes County and in Haiti is now facing a civil suit file by a man who said he was abused 20 years ago. Jeriah Mast allegedly abused the man between 1999 & 2000 when he was just 13. The suit is seeking $100,000 total, $75,000 in compensatory damages, and $25,000 in punitive damages. The victim in the suit claims to have suffered serious and permanent physical and emotional and mental injuries as a result of the abuse.
