There is a new restaurant at the Wayne County Schools Career Center. The Grass Roots Café is now up and running and open to the public. According to the career center, the restaurant features a variety of breakfast foods, along with soups, salads, sandwiches and even pizza. The career center’s culinary arts program staffs and operates the restaurant, with students planning and preparing the menu items.
