The Norwayne Local School District had a confirmed case of COVID-19 last week at its Middle School. The district did not say whether or not the positive case involved a student or a staff member, but did say that all precautions have been taken to sanitize the affected areas of the building and that the middle school will remain open. The district is now working with the Wayne County Health Department to notify anyone who may have been in close contact with the infected person.
