Council members in Orrville have approved an agreement with a concrete company that will pave the way for more seating at the city’s new splash park, which is currently under construction. The additional seating area is already included in the project’s $300,000 budget. The concrete company will be used as a sub-contractor on the project, which is being overseen by a Canadian company that specializes in creating custom water play areas.
