The Orrville City Schools Board of Education has scheduled a special meeting for Thursday at 5:30 pm in the Orrville Elementary School Library to vote on hiring Dr. David Toth as the district’s new Superintendent. Toth is the current superintendent of the Crestwood Local Schools.
