Recycling company removes all bins from Holmes County

A recycling company removed its receptacles from around Holmes County, cutting ties with the county. River Valley Paper Co. says a shift in the value of paper forced the move, as they removed all recycle receptacles from the county, including West Holmes High and Middle schools. The Holmes County Solid Waste District expects the move to cause an increase in the amount of recycling the district sees.
