City of Wooster crews are continuing the job of removing utility castings in preparation for an upcoming paving project. After finishing work on Quinby Avenue yesterday, utility casting work is taking place today on E. Milltown Road, between Cleveland Road and Melrose Drive, and on Melrose, near the E. Milltown intersection. Traffic will be maintained, but motorists should expect at least some delays.
