In Orrville, several parents spoke out at last week’s school board meeting to voice their displeasure that a high school math teacher accused of having inappropriate behavior with students has returned to the classroom.  The teacher, who returned last month, had been on paid administrative leave for more than a year and was working from home.  His return came after an investigation by two independent parties found that he had in fact sexually harassed two female students.  Currently, the teacher is conducting his classes in the school library with monitoring cameras on at all times.  While board members expressed their frustration, they told the parents that they won’t discuss personnel matters during public meetings.
