The two Wooster teens accused of beating a pair of homeless men while they slept on the steps of a church last month are denying the charges against them in Wayne County Juvenile Court. The boys, ages 13 & 16, recently made their initial court appearances, where they denied charges of felonious and misdemeanor assault. A third suspect in the beatings, 18-year old Richard Luper is scheduled to make his first court appearance tomorrow morning. Luper faces two counts of felonious assault and one court of assault.
