Authorities say that two 19-year-old Medina County men drowned in a pond early Sunday. Police first got a call around 2:30 Sunday morning. Upon arrival, officers learned that three adult males were boating in a pond behind a residence when the boat they were in capsized sending all three men into the water. One of the males was able to swim to shore and call for help. Initial efforts to locate the other two men were unsuccessful. Their bodies were located later. The deceased were identified as Trevor Pacek and Joshua Schwandt.
