Two people were killed a car-buggy crash last night in Holmes County. Reports say that the buggy was southbound on State Route 83 in Mechanic Township when it was struck from behind a vehicle driven by a Millersburg woman. 34-year old Paul Wengerd and his 4-year old son were in the buggy and killed in the accident. The driver of the other vehicle was not hurt. The accident is under investigation.
