The details for Wayne County’s annual Veterans Day observance have been released. This year’s ceremony is set for November 11th, at 11am, in the Wayne County Fairgrounds’ new event center. The featured speaker will be retired U.S. Air Force veteran Hal Fulton. The ceremony will culminate with the announcement of this year’s Wayne County Veteran of the Year.
