A Wayne County jury has decided that Wooster Community Hospital is not responsible for the death three years ago of a patient who fell from her bed during occupational therapy. A jury in Wayne county Common Pleas Court sided with the hospital after the family of 81-year old Dorothy Campbell filed a lawsuit alleging medical negligence and improper care. Campbell’s survivors said she suffered a fractured hip during occupational therapy and died six days later. The hospital denied any negligence or wrongdoing.
