Wayne Holmes Right to Life is seeking 10th, 11th, and 12th-grade high school students to take part in its annual oratory contest. Participating students will give a five-to-seven-minute prewritten speech on a life issue such as abortion, adoption or embryonic stem cell research from a pro-life perspective.  In addition to cash prizes being awarded to the top three finishers, the first-place winner will have the opportunity to compete at the state level in May.
