City Council members in Wooster are set to vote on next year’s budget at their upcoming meeting on Monday night. The budget, which has already received a passing grade from council’s finance committee, is projecting more than $26 million in revenue for 2020, along with an additional $14 million that will be carried over from this year. On the flip side, the city says next year’s budget will include nearly $28 million in expenditures.
