A Wooster man is facing federal charges for the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol. 40-year old Devin Steiner is scheduled for a court appearance tomorrow.
Federal officials say they received an anonymous tip that Steiner participated in the insurrection. They say they found YouTube footage and surveillance images that show him inside the Capitol.
Steiner is facing multiple charges that include entering and remaining in a restricted building, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building, disrupting the orderly conduct of official business, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building.
