Wooster submits 2020 budget proposal

Wooster officially submitted its budget proposal for 2020 at this week’s city council meeting.  Projections for next year’s budget show over $26 and a half million in revenue in the city’s general fund, with nearly an additional $14 million carrying over from this year.  It also includes almost $28 million in expenditures.  This week’s proposal will be followed by a series of budget meetings and discussions over the course of the next month.
