A junior at West Holmes High School is trying to become the first female Eagle Scout in the history of Holmes County. To achieve that goal, Brenna Barbey, who is a member of the Life Scout Girls Troop 338, needs two more badges. To earn them, she has proposed building an amphitheater at Millersburg’s Deer Run Park. She is looking to raise all of the needed money herself and develop the plans for the project, which she hopes to complete by September.
