Rolling Thunder, a national advocacy group for POWs and soldiers missing in action, has chosen the West Holmes Local School District to be a recipient for one of its Chairs of Honor. The chair, meant to be a reminder of the POW/MIA issue, will be installed at the high school football stadium. The district says a dedication ceremony will take place next year.
