Authorities in Ashland County are asking for the publics help in finding a vehicle that was involved in a fatal hit and skip accident near Nova Tuesday. According to the Highway Patrol a woman and two juveniles and two dogs were walking along Township Road 1031 just after 9 p.m. Tuesday when the woman was struck by the vehicle. The woman, identified as 40-year-old Jennifer Boreman, was pronounced dead at the scene. One of the juveniles was also struck and was taken to Rainbow Babies and Children’s hospital in Cleveland. The other juvenile was not struck but was taken to a local hospital and released. Troopers believe the vehicle was possibly a pickup and would have damage to the front headlight and grille area.
