Edamame Hibachi Wings and Sushi, a new Indonesian eatery in Ashland, will open at 1159 E. Main St. for the first time today. The restaurant does not operate in the traditional hibachi setup, where chefs typically prepare the meal right in front of you. Instead, the restaurant has a dining room will seat around 50 people. They are also preparing a space for outdoor dining on a patio during warmer months. The restaurant’s hours will be from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
