At its meeting this week, the Green Local School District’s board of education approved several measures, including the sale of the district’s bus garage in Marshallville. Board members also agreed to purchase new equipment for the high school’s weight room. Grants and donations will cover the cost of the new equipment, with the majority of the $70,000 needed already raised. The district says the hope is to have the new weight room equipment in place by August.
