The village of Loudonville was recently gifted a couple of very generous donations. At this week’s village council meeting, Mayor Jason VanSickle read a resolution of appreciation for Grandpa’s Cheese Barn in Ashland for its $10,000 donation to the village’s Ohio Theatre. VanSickle said it was the second major donation made by the business in the past six months. Additionally, Bill Harris Ford has agreed to pay for 40 hanging baskets that will be displayed this summer in the village’s downtown area, which will reportedly save the village roughly $2,400.
