Names released of teens killed in dirt bike crash

Authorities have released the names of the two teenagers killed this week when their dirt bike struck a car in Wayne County’s Salt Creek Township.  The Highway Patrol on Wednesday identified the victims as 16-year old Kyle Troyer, of Fredericksburg, and 15-year old Shawn Toews, of Fredericksburg.  The teens were killed Tuesday when a car failed to yield at a stop sign and pulled into the path of their dirt bike.  So far, no charges have been filed against the car’s driver, but the crash remains under investigation.
