New reading program available to area kids

The United Way of Wayne and Holmes Counties is teaming up with the state to make a national reading  program available to kids in Wayne and Holmes counties.  Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a program that mails a free book each month to kids up to the age of five. The United Way and the state will split the cost of the program 50/50.
