A year before their current deals were set to expire, the Northwestern Local School District’s board of education has extended the contracts of three administrators.  Douglas Hopkins was given a new three-year contract as principal at Northwestern Elementary, Corey Richardson received a new two-year contract as assistant principal at Northwestern Middle School and Christine Sykes was given a new four-year deal to continue serving as the district’s special education director.  All three of the new contracts will take effect in August of next year.
