The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office says residents need to be on the lookout for a fake police officer.  According to the sheriff’s office, someone impersonating a law enforcement officer has pulled over three motorists in the county since Friday.  It is believed that the fake officer is attempting to lure women from their vehicles.  The imposter is said to be driving a dark sedan with a spotlight, and red and blue lights in the visor. The motorists who were stopped say he was wearing a uniform with the word “Sheriff” written across the chest.
