A man from Rittman is the newest member of the Ohio Department of Public Safety’s “Saved by the Belt” club.  Kyle Dunkle was involved in an accident on State Route 3, in Wooster Township, back on the Fourth of July.  The Highway Patrol says that if he had not been wearing his seatbelt, Dunkle would have suffered serious injuries, and possibly could have even been killed.  Dunkle was presented with his “Saved by the Belt” certificate and a new license plate bracket this past weekend.
