Thanks to revenue from the Rover Pipeline, residents in the Triway Local School District will be getting a tax break.  The Wayne County Auditor’s Office recently informed Triway officials that the assessments for Rover’s second pipeline came back higher than the first, meaning that the district won’t have to place an income tax renewal levy on the ballot next spring.  Triway’s treasurer says the district will collect $5 million from the pipeline in 2020, which is more than $3 million more than what the income tax renewal would have brought in.
