The Wooster man accused of shooting two other men earlier this month will have his case heard in Wayne County Common Pleas Court. 18 year-old Ryan Schwarz is charged with two felony counts of felonious assault for the November 6th shootings. During a hearing this week in municipal court, it was determined that the case should be moved over to the common pleas side of things. Schwarz remains jailed on $200,000 bond.
